Another odd but very useful little tool is Message Parse ... what does it do? Well ... Message Parse is an email processing utility that provides an automated way to transfer data from email messages to other applications.
Why would you want to use it? Okay ... Imagine you had a newsletter you sent out every month and you were continually receiving subscribe or unsubscribe emails from your website subscribe form and you wanted some way to automate the process of updating your subscriber database ... Message Parse fits the bill nicely and does the job for you ... No rekeying or cut and paste required.
In fact Message Parse has the ability to write data directly to any program with importing capabilities such as spreadsheets, databases, contact management software, etc. And, as mentioned, Message Parse also has the ability to address database programs like Access and SQL.
With its blue interface that looks surprisingly familiar, Message Parse, is easy to use via its "template" setup feature where the user specifies which data is required and where the data is stored. Its neat and easy to manipulate.

Message Parse is not just for newsletters though ... imagine being able to manipulate data from online inquiry or order forms ... to streamline your deliveries ... the possibilities are endless. Its a great tool and gets a definite thumbs up from me. The product retails for around $79.97 USD and is pretty good value for money given the amount of time that can be saved.
